Ketogenic Diet

AVA's low carb or low carb high fat (LCHF) diet, where the body produces ketones in the liver to be used as energy. By reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat, your body created a higher metabolic state called ketosis.

Gluten-Free Diet

Designed specifically for people with Celiac or have a gluten intolerance or sensitivity. AVA will exclude the gluten protein found in wheat, barley, rye and the derivatives of these grains, including malt and brewer’s yeast from recommendations. 

Paleo Diet

Based on fruits, vegetables, meats, seafood, and nuts. AVA will lessen the body's glycemic load, has a healthy ratio of saturated-to-unsaturated fatty acids, increases vitamin and nutrient consumption, and contains an optimal balance of protein, fat, and carbohydrates.

How it Works

AVA starts by helping to track what you eat and then uses this information to provide meal recommendations based on your habits. Simply send a photo and AVA will send back calorie and macronutrient information of your meal within a few minutes.
Daily feedback is based on your eating preferences and what you add to your journal. As you log your meals, AVA adjusts your recommendations to balance your macronutrient intake by the end of each day.
The power of AVA is in helping you get back on track and in finding small yet attainable ways to hit your goals. Whether it's healthy recipes or help eating out, AVA helps you make great decisions.
Each week, you'll receive a personal challenge to help you achieve your goals. Completing your challenge earns you credits towards your program, typically $20-$30 in credits per month. 
Wrap up each week with a detailed assessment and tips to continue eating healthy. You'll have the choice to continue with AVA or even try out a new diet method.
